Mindful Walk (Part of Keighley Walking Festival)

Join me for a gentle mindful walk as part of Keighley Walking Festival 🌿

The walk will start at the bandstand.

We’ll explore the park using all our senses to connect with nature.

I’ll guide you through some simple mindful activities - listening to circles of sound, noticing what’s moving around us.

The route adapts to everyone who comes - paved paths or woodland trails, whatever works best for our group.

And if time allows, we might head up to the forest garden at Woodville for mindful crafting and tea by the fire.

A slower way to experience nature, whatever your pace 🍃
