The Basics of Apple Identification

This course will introduce you to the basics of rhow to recognise different apple varieties.

The course will cover:

- Some apple history
- How features like colour, size, shape, texture, and ripening time help distinguish one variety from another.
- Identifying real apples, along with tips for further learning through books, websites, and visits to orchards.
