Free Beginner kickboxing class, with a half hour of networking for people to mingle and expand their reach.

we have boxing gloves available, and will have some healthy snacks afterwards.

530pm Doors and sign in
6pm class
7-730 pm networking and snacks.

lets have fun learning something new, work hard, and connect with new folks.
