🎨 Creative Expression – Journaling, intuitive art, or reflective writing to explore the energy of gratitude in your life.
💃 Dance for Healing – Follow along to suggestions for play, move to your own beat, or some combination! Just show up and have fun shaking off the old and dancing in the new.
🔔 Sound Healing & Aromatherapy – Soothe your senses with the resonance of sound bowls while calming scents fill the air.
💞 Community & Reflection – Share in a safe space, connect with like-minded souls, and celebrate the beauty of gratitude.

This retreat is for you if you’re seeking a reset, a moment to breathe deeply, and a space to honor all that supports you on your journey. Leave feeling lighter, more centered, and deeply appreciative of the beauty within and around you.

Event is $150 for the day. Intimate gathering - spaces are limited.

While we do not currently offer overnight stays, we have partnered with local businesses to offer you discounted overnight stays should you choose to extend your experience to a multi-day retreat. Contact us for details. All attendees must pre-register 416-277-8093.
