Namaste in Nature: Summer Outdoor Class Series

Join us for our Summer Yoga Series — a gentle, grounding flow designed to connect you with the earth and your breath. Whether we're under the shade of park trees or moving beside the waves at the beach, each session offers a peaceful escape into nature. All levels are welcome — whether you're new to yoga or returning to your mat, this series is about slowing down, tuning in, and flowing with the rhythm of summer. Come as you are and find your calm in the open air.
