Hosted by the charismatic Neil Morton of Cormor Inc., this Italian-inspired evening will transport you to the sun-drenched Amalfi Coast. Savour a gourmet meal, crafted by Rolling Grape’s talented team, perfectly paired with their wines, all beneath a beautiful clear-ceiling tent as the sun sets over the vineyard.

MENU:
Salad
· Tossed Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Feta and fresh Basil in a Balsamic Romagnolo Dressing, on a bed of tender greens.
Mains: Three courses (1 veg & 2 meat)
· Eggplant Parmigiana – Breaded Eggplant fried golden brown and layered with fresh basil tomato sauce, Fior di latte Mozzarella, finished with aged balsamic drizzle and Parmesan Pedals, atop a white wine lentil risotto.
· Chicken alla Cacciatore – Roasted peppers, celery, zucchini, mushrooms and onion around tender chicken thighs braised in a fragrant Tomato sauce, served on a bed of toasted Orzo pasta.
· Grilled 5oz Striploin Bistecca atop roasted garlic and chive mashed potato and sauteed vegetable medley, finished with a red wine and aged balsamic jus.
