Anti Bullying Rally in honor of Nevaeh Perdiz 💜

This is an Anti bullying Rally in honor of Nevaeh my daughters friend who took her own life 3 days into 8th grade last year due to bullying in Keene NH! Everyone is welcome adults and kids! We’re rallying in downtown Keene central square near the bandstand/ gazebo. You can make your own signs and I will bring some extra signs as well. Walmart has poster boards for .48 cents if you would like to make your own sign and come rally with us and stand together because we’re stronger together! As a mother I feel it’s our duty to stand together when something like this happens to one of our children it affects us all! We need to show our kids how to stand up for themselves and others and if you see something say something! Our voices are a lot more powerful than we realize! It’s also important to show our kids how to stand up for themselves in self defense/ physically also since some bullies go further than just words. We need to teach our kids that words do hurt and it’s important to be kind to one another and if someone’s being a bully to shut it down and either tell that person to STOP BEING A BULLY or say something to a adult so the situation can be handled. This rally is very important to me and I think I will be doing one every year around the beginning of the school year so all the kids starting school can learn how to handle these situations like bullying and know that they’re not alone and that nobody thinks bullying is okay at all!
