After Hours at Everglow

This month, we are collaborating with Everglow to host a KYPN-exclusive Sleepy Yoga class. This low-intensity, low-impact class is meant for relaxation and rejuvenation. All levels welcome! Drop in classes are normally $20, but KYPN is offering a special discount so tickets are only $10/pp!

Everglow has mats and props available for use, but you can also bring your own if preferred. Wear comfortable clothing, even pajamas are acceptable!
