Event Details:
• The theme "mindful mantras" will be explored through a series of collaborative games, mindfulness exercises, partner poses, and an elevated craft project.
• Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes. Grip socks if desired.
• This class will be held in the jiu jitsu room at True Performance Fitness. Participants are required to remove their shoes prior to entering the mat space.
• Price ($40 plus tax) includes all props and supplies. Yoga mats will be provided. Sign up at yoga-in-color.com or message if you prefer to use Venmo or Cash.
• Due to limited space and to allow for better class flow, only 6 child spots are available for registration. Each sibling must have a separate registration. Siblings get a $5 discount, message me for this option.
• Refund policy: cancellation before 48 hours will be credited to a future class. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit funds to cover the cost of the rental space and supplies.
