Sports Physicals

Platte Valley Medical Clinic will be offering Sports Physicals on Monday, July 15th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM.

These physicals are available for students entering 8th grade and above, as well as for those needing small camp physicals. No appointment is necessary—students can walk in during the event time. Please bring your insurance card and any required school paperwork. If your child wears glasses or contacts, be sure they bring them along. Please note that vaccines will not be provided at this event.
