Join us for a golden hour rooftop concert with John Brodeur, frontman of NYC’s acclaimed Bird Streets. This intimate solo set will feature rock favorites, soulful originals, and Brodeur’s signature guitar style — all set against stunning skyline and bay views.

About the Artist:
John Brodeur is the lead singer and songwriter for Bird Streets, known for their introspective lyrics, melodic hooks, and a distinct NYC edge. He’s performed across the U.S. and shared stages with acts like The Posies and Juliana Hatfield. You’ll catch him again with the full Bird Streets band at Bayzara Music Festival this September — but this is your chance to experience John solo and up close.

In case of rain, we’ll move the event inside to the cozy 3rd Floor Rooftop Bar — same music, same great vibe.
