Movement for Birth Workshop

BCMCD is proud to offer our first Movement for Birth Workshop! It will include sessions on Spinning Babies® techniques, Using Your Voice for Birth, Pelvic Floor Awareness, Prenatal Yoga, and Oxytocin Awareness. We are excited to host Sharon Johnson, Natural Doula, and Carley Flower, Yoga Flora, as our guests to run this event.
