Welcome to the Spring Forward | Activate, Align, Play event! Join us at PopStroke Katy ​ on 3/07 at 10:00 AM for a rejuvenating experience.

Join Aavya Wellness Houston and Core Love Co Pilates at PopStroke Katy for a refreshing spring reset designed to energize your body and calm your nervous system. We’ll begin with a dynamic mat Pilates flow to activate your core and awaken your strength. Then transition into a guided breathwork and heart-centered alignment practice to ground and recalibrate. Finally, keep the energy flowing with a fun, social mini-golf round — because wellness should feel playful, too.

This experience blends movement, mindfulness, and connection to help you step into the new season feeling aligned, empowered, and joyful.

Wear comfortable movement attire and bring a mat and water.

*All levels of ability are welcome. Children are permitted with an adult that will not be participating in the pilates instruction.
