Whether you want to challenge yourself and set new goals, or prefer to take a stroll and enjoy the beautiful whether, we have the perfect pace for you. In celebration of the upcoming holiday season, this Moving & Grooving group will be holiday themed -- feel free to wear your favorite holiday attire!
