🍷 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Astor’s Table, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure your experience with us is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refund: Guests who cancel at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund of their prepaid ticket or deposit.
Partial Refund / Credit: Guests who cancel 3–6 days before the event will receive a credit to use toward a future Astor’s Table event or dining experience.
No Refunds: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or no-shows are not eligible for a refund, as food, wine, and staffing are arranged in advance.

Event Postponement or Cancellation by Astor’s Table

In the rare event that we must postpone or cancel, all guests will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

Transfers

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
