Meet Kellye from Sweat Social!

🌸 From the moment you meet her, you’ll feel the warmth, love, and joy she brings into every space she steps into—and now she’s bringing that same energy to our community.

Kellye began her yoga journey seeking healing and balance, never imagining it would lead her to become a teacher. What started as a personal practice blossomed into a deep passion for sharing yoga’s powerful benefits with others.

She loves exploring all styles of yoga—from energizing power flows to deeply restorative sessions—and finds gratitude in the grounding tools of meditation and breathwork that enrich life on and off the mat.

Her favorite style to teach and practice is Vinyasa Flow: fluid movement guided by breath, often with music, creating a moving meditation—a dance that always brings her back home to herself.

Kellye’s classes are welcoming, empowering, and heart-centered. We know she’s going to share the same joy and love she’s given to us with the entire Sweat Social community. 🫶
