Caregivers Unwind Circle

For parents and care givers of children with additional support needs + disabilities: you are invited into a space of rest, regulation + real connection.

A pause in the doing.
A moment where you are supported.

This gathering weaves mat Pilates + stretch with breathwork, meditation + a short sound bath to help you unwind + support deep rest. We’ll then share nourishing bites + refreshments, a chance to connect with other care givers who just get it.

This is not another thing for you to hold.
This is a place to be held.
