👨🍳 Chef Julián Martínez, chef-owner of Sepia in Mexico City — one of Latin America’s most respected Italian restaurants — will partner with our Executive Chef Alberto Baffoni to create a menu that blends technique, origin, and creativity.
Each course will be paired with wines from the acclaimed Cerulli Spinozzi estate, located in the heart of Colline Teramane, Abruzzo’s only DOCG appellation.
🍷 We are honored to welcome Enrico R. Cerulli Irelli, owner of the estate and president of the Colline Teramane consortium, who will personally present each wine and share the story behind his family’s legacy.
