‼️ IMPORTANT RULES
Payments are non-refundable, however, it is possible to change the name/surname on the ticket or transfer it to the next year, provided that it is done within a specified period.
NOTE!
Changing the name and surname on the ticket is only possible for a person of the same sex.
In the event of failure to maintain the same sex when changing the name and surname on the ticket, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket of the new owner.

➡️To enter the festival, you will need a printed ticket ‼️and proof of identity (ID card or passport). In the absence of a printed ticket, you will be required to pay an additional fee of 10 euros (PLN 40).
On site, your e-ticket will be exchanged for a bracelet, which should remain on your wrist for the entire duration of the festival. Please note that removing the bracelet is equivalent to resigning from participating in the festival.

Płatności są bezzwrotne, jednak istnieje możliwość zmiany imienia/nazwiska na bilecie lub przeniesienia go na następny rok, pod warunkiem, że jest to zrobione w określonym terminie.

Zmiana imienia i nazwiska na bilecie możliwa jest tylko na osobę tej samej płci.
W przypadku niezachowania tej samej płci przy zmianie imienia i nazwiska na bilecie, organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do anulowania biletu nowego właściciela.

➡️Aby wejść na festiwal, będziesz potrzebować wydrukowanego biletu ‼️oraz dowodu tożsamości (dowód osobisty lub paszport). W przypadku braku wydrukowanego biletu, będziesz zmuszony uiścić dodatkową opłatę w wysokości 10 euro (40 PLN).
Na miejscu, Twój e-bilet zostanie zamieniony na bransoletkę, która powinna pozostać na Twoim nadgarstku przez cały czas trwania festiwalu. Prosimy zwrócić uwagę, że zdjęcie bransoletki jest równoznaczne z rezygnacją z udziału w festiwalu.
