Itinerary
Friday, May 23: Drive from Bhrikutimandap, KTM to Kattike (2030m, Sindhupalchok) [4 to 4.5 hrs Drive via Dolalghat-Sukute-Jalbire-Balefi]; Breakfast at Dolalghat; Lunch at Kattike & Hike upto Dipu (2300m) via Tembathang (2400) [6-7 hrs Hike]
Saturday, May 24: Trek from Dipu [after Early Breakfast] to Ne-Pemachhal (3500m) [7-8.5 hrs]
Lunch at Chhengdang (2600m) after about 3 hrs Hike from Dipu [Daal Bhat Subjee or Sissno & Dhindoo Available] [No Place for Lunch in between Chhendang & Ne-Pemachhal, unless we carry Packed Lunch]
Sunday, May 25: Trek From Ne-Pemachhal to Jugal Himal Basecamp (4700m) & back to Ne-Pemachhal [7 to 9 hrs] [Packed Breakfast; Packed Lunch] [Carry Energy Bar/Biscuits/Chocolates etc. at your own cost]
Monday, May 26: Trek from Ne-Pemachhal to Tembathang [7- 8 hrs; 80% Downhill]
Tuesday, May 27: After Early Breakfast 6:30-07:00), trek from Tembathang to Kattike (4-5.5 hrs 80% Downhill), Lunch at Kattike [11:30 to 12:30] & Drive back [01:00] to KTM and Arrive to Bhrikutimandap by or before 06:00 pm

- Sun Hat/Cap /Woolen cap/Sweat Band for Head
- Sunglasses
- Sunblock/Moisturizers/Vaseline
- Buff / Neck protection
- Trekking pole (at least ONE is compulsory for Basecamp Hike Day)
- Trekking Boots (full ankle)[If you are taking a new pair, PLEASE use it for some hours of real trekking before the ACTUAL Trek Days. TRIMMING your FOOT NAILS is also suggested]
- Trousers (2 pairs)
- T-Shirts [nice having long sleeves]
- Gloves/ Sandals/ Knee Caps/ Calf/Ankle Support
- Down Jacket/fleece jacket [We Night-Stop at 3500m for 2 nights & aim to reach 4700m; will be there for about 30 minutes, so PLEASE carry at least ONE WARM JACKET & other Required Gears]
- Wind stopper jacket/Rain Protection Gears
- Inner Wear/Toiletries/[Hand Sanitizers/Wet Wipes as per personal need]
- Water bottle /[A ½ Liter Thermos would be Nice]/Tea-Coffee Mug
- 3-4 pairs of shocks [Please keep one pair loose socks unused so that it can be used during sleeping]
- Head Light-Handheld Light/Power Bank/[Air Pillow/Air Mattresses as per your need]
