Clear Vision, Safer Roads

What happens when you bring together eye health leaders, road safety champions, and transport sector innovators? You lay the groundwork for a global effort to make sure every driver sees clearly and arrives safely.

India Vision Institute, Mission for Vision, Sightsavers India, and VisionSpring will kick off the conversation by sharing what they’ve learned in reaching more than 2 million drivers and transport workers with vision screenings and eyeglasses.

We’ll dig into what’s working, what’s next—including upcoming research—and how partnerships with corporations, ministries, and drivers' associations are helping reduce the risk of vehicular crashes and associated injuries and mortality. Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves, swap insights, and build a shared plan to put clear vision on the global road safety agenda.
