Sunrise Striders

Ladies of K Town… join me for a FREE walking group, Sunrise Striders, on Monday mornings at 615am departing this week from the front driveway of Knotts Crossing and walking on the path on Giles Street toward town for 2.5km and back, total walk is 5km.

You can safely walk with other women, at your own pace, do as much or as little of the walk as you are able and be back at your car by around 7-715am.

Prams, wheelchairs, dogs, head torches (no judgement here) and good morning vibes welcome �
