About the event
This trip takes you into Dyrehaven´s fine wild food chamber. The event starts directly from the meeting point. On this walk you will be introduced to the harvesting of autumn's best, wild mushrooms.
In focus will be the mushrooms that we find, with emphasis on identification and look-alikes.
We have got three hours to harvest mushrooms, and to take a break, hygge, and ask questions as you like.
You will also be introduced to the world of wild autumn cooking: what to do with the mushrooms once you get back to your kitchen.
Where and when:
We meet at Eremitageslottet/The Eremitage hunting lodge, Dyrehaven.
What to bring:
A mushroom basket, mushroom knife, and a bottle of water for hydration.
Price:

Registration:
Please type the date and time in the MobilePay commentary field, when buying a ticket, so that we know, when you would like to participate. Planning events take time, so please try to buy tickets at least six hours in advance.
