About the event
This trip takes you into Kalvebod Fælled´s fine wild food chamber. The event starts directly from the meeting point. On this walk you will be introduced to the harvesting of autumn's best, wild delicacies, the mushrooms.
The primary focus will be on the mushrooms that we will be likely to find, with emphasis on identification and look-alikes.
We have got two hours to harvest mushrooms and to take a break, hygge, and ask questions as you like.
You will also be introduced to the world of wild autumn cooking: what to do with mushrooms once you get back to your kitchen.
Where and when:
We will meet at the Katedralen i Pinseskoven/The cathedral in Pinseskoven. Check the event-time at the top of the event-description.
What to bring:
mushroom basket, box or jar, mushroom knife, totebag for herbs, and a bottle of water.
