� KCC Annual General Meeting Announcement
The KCC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sunday, 26th October at 10:00am.
In accordance with the KCC Constitution, nominations for committee positions have now closed.
We are pleased to confirm the following nominations received:

*Although this is a late nomination, the KCC Board is committed to ensuring a fair and inclusive voting process for all members.
To support this, an Absentee Vote link is now available for members who are unable to attend the AGM in person. However, we strongly encourage all members to make every effort to attend and participate in this important meeting.

Please note: A quorum of 30 financial and eligible voting members is required for the AGM to proceed.
