Meet the teachers:
JIWAN SHAKTI KAUR
Jiwan Shakti Kaur is a well-known and respected Mentor and Lead Trainer certified by the KRI Kundalini Research Institute for Level 1, Level 2 and the 21 Stages of Meditation.
Since our life on this planet is a human experience, the centre of her studies has always been the human body, from various points of view, including Yogic Body Language and the correct use of the brain by controlling our biochemistry to obtain a healthy, happy and holistic life (Happy Hormones).
Her scientific approach, her knowledge of Kundalini Yoga and her great talent for communication combined with her sense of humour have led her to teach throughout Europe, North Africa and Latin America.
Jiwan Shakti was the co-founder and creative director of SunGalaa from 2016 to 2024; founder and director of KundaliniYoga.Academy®, co-founder and president of KYE - Kundalini Yoga Europe.

HARI DHARAM KAUR
Hari Dharam Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga teacher and professional trainer certified by the KRI Kundalini Research Institute, and the director of Yogainstitutet.
Thanks to her previous experience as a teacher, Hari Dharam is able to support the journey and development of the students until to accompany them in the discovery of their deepest being with wisdom.
Medical yoga therapist trained at the IMY and trainer of ‘Conscious Pregnancy Yoga Training’, she also runs yoga training groups for women and yoga for pregnant women in both Sweden and Norway.
Since 2014 she has been organising kundalini yoga teacher training courses at the Yogainstitutet in Karlstad, with Sada Sat Kaur 2014-2023, and with Jiwan Shakti Kaur from 2023 onwards.
She holds yoga courses and individual consultations, both for individuals and pregnant women.
Hari Dharam is a member of SKY Sweden's National Association of Kundalini Yoga Teachers and of the IKYTA International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, and is affiliated with the KRI, the Kundalini Research Institute in the United States.
