This 4-week guided meditation series is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and awaken the energy within you.
Each session begins with gentle Ti Chi–inspired movement to help energy flow, followed by a chakra alignment practice to bring balance and grounding. We then move into a guided meditation designed to support embodiment, recalibration, and empowerment.
This experience is perfect if you want to:
• Connect deeply with your inner self
• Feel more present, grounded, and aligned
• Light up your inner energy and inner strength
• Gently release stress and reconnect with your body
