DIY Dinner Disaster ft. Aiyu!
Have you ever tried aiyu (愛玉) in Taiwan? Can you tell the difference between aiyu and other gelatin-based desserts? Do you know aiyu is indeed originated from Taiwan and grown in Kaohsiung?
𝐃𝐈𝐘 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 invites international friends to cook Taiwanese cuisine together. Sometimes we will succeed, and sometimes we might fail a little. Either way, we will have a great time!
This time, we will be making aiyu from the start. We will enjoy it with tapioca, hún-kué (粉粿), taro balls (芋圓), passionfruit, and/or other variety of flavors that you can add to aiyu.
