Summer is in full swing and we are celebrating with a special dinner featuring Rieslings of all variety paired with Chef Brian’s summer cuisine for Riesling!
By all measures (complexity, longevity, minerality, elegance, deliciousness) Riesling is at the top of the list of the world’s greatest wine grapes. It just so happens that it also makes a wonderfully refreshing drink, especially in the summer heat and with the fresh cuisine of the season. For this special menu, we will be featuring Riesling from three elite producers in three of Germany’s most distinctive and important Riesling-growing regions (while Riesling does produce great wine around the globe, we think few places hit the highs or top German examples).
