F.I.T. Muscle & Joint Clinic is teaming up with Border Brewing Company for a Saturday morning of movement, recovery, and community. Join us for Sip & Stretch, a free all-levels yoga class led by F.I.T. ambassador Lindsey Line, followed by craft brews and soft tissue therapy from our expert providers.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just want a good stretch before your first pint, this event is for you.
