We are thrilled to announce our next Sip & Savor Series event collaborating with local legend KC Bier Co. Join us for an unforgettable evening of exquisite German flavors and expertly paired libations.

Event Highlights:

• Amuse Bouche: A delightful start to your evening
• First Course: Brat Kugel - pork, veal, sauerkraut, marjoram, honey mustard
• Second Course: Mixed Green Salad - cucumber, fresh dill, shallots, sour cream, parsley, candied walnuts
• Third Course: Rouladen - flank steak, mustard, dill, pickle, prosciutto, spaetzle, au jus
• Fourth Course: white chocolate vanilla pudding- caramel, mixed nuts

Our talented Chef will guide you through each dish, while the KC Bier Co team will provide fascinating insights into their brewing operation and the traditional methods they utilize.
