Ritual Pour at Alma Mader
We’re really excited to host our good friend, Master Cicerone, and beer consultant, Neil Witte, on Saturday 5/17 for a pop up of his new Standing Bar concept with Japanese and Czech-inspired pouring techniques, Ritual Pour! This concept is all about showcasing HOW beer is poured. Klinker will be flowing, and Ritual Pour will offer a variety of different pour styles for you to enjoy the nuances that result from how the beer hits the glass.
Join us from 4-8pm this Saturday 5/17, in the loading dock, to geek out about foam and/or just enjoy the subtleties in flavor across the pours.
