This 3-part series will provide a sample of drills and tools all with the goal of giving you confidence to move within a larger and more comfortable range of motion through hips & legs, thoracic back & shoulders, and inversion & plank mechanics. While each workshop will build on information provided in the previous, each can be attended “a la carte” to suit your personal goals or interests.
COST: $40/Each or $100 for all three

Inversion & Plank Mobility - July 5 | 10:15-11:30 AM
This workshop is geared for those with limited inversion (i.e. handstand) training but material can be scaled for those with more experience. We will start first by examining each participant's “active plank” form on the ground, then move into different strategies and drills for stacking and body alignment on your hands. Each participant will leave with a 10-min wrist strengthening series (can be applied for any workout requiring body weight supported by hands). NOTE: while this is a beginner friendly workshop, it is best suited for those without any current shoulder injuries to get the full experience.
