Join us for the Military Matters 5K — a fun and meaningful way to support those who have served our country. Anyone can run or walk in support of our local veterans! The event will feature family-friendly activities and a variety of veteran-focused organizations dedicated to serving those who served us.

Proceeds benefit Military Matters, a vital program that bridges the gap in legal services for military service members and veterans. Your participation helps fund critical support, including filing fees, expert testimony, training materials for attorneys handling VA benefit claims, and more.

The Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA), with over 5,000 members, powers Military Matters by leveraging the legal expertise of its attorneys to provide free or low-cost pro bono legal services to veterans in need.

Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of veterans in our community.
