FREE food, FREE horse rides, a bouncy house, and all the good vibes to make you feel like you just stepped into the classic Black family reunion wit yo cousins and uncles playin spades and everything else we love to do.

Only 20 teams will be accepted, so if you or your team think you’re the best in the city—sign up ASAP.

But as fun as it will be, we also remember why we are gathering on this day.

Juneteenth is sacred for Black people. We’ll hold space for political education—a moment of grounding to remember why we gather, why we celebrate, and why the struggle for liberation still continues. Especially in this political moment of rising fascism, voter suppression, and anti-Black violence.

This is for the whole community—kids, elders, hoopers, freedom fighters, aunties with the flyest fits, and everybody in between.

Pull up. Bring your people.

This is our joy. Our resistance. Our summer.
