In-Body: an evening of movement & breath with Rose Hinsz and Beth Riley

Tune in to Your body with an evening of intentional and exploratory experiences.
This guided embodiment event begins with prompted movement (with Rose) to help release, express and reconnect with the physical body. From wiggling and shaking to freeform flow, music leads the dance as we bring the focus Inside, to Self. There is no choreography or pressure to "look" a certain way - these movements are meant to feel nourishing and true to You! Giving full permission to be IN Your Body.
Following the flow, transitional and progressive guided breathwork (with Beth) supports a shift even deeper inside a sense of Being. With rhythm from the elements and more music to carry the connection, the breath becomes its own kind of dance with the soul. The conscious breathwork supports emotional release and nervous system regulation, and comes to completion with a guided meditation.
This space is meant for all bodies, all backgrounds, all expressions and levels of experience.
Wear comfortable clothes to move in, bring a mat/blanket/pillow/eye mask or other comfort items. You may also want to bring along a water bottle and notebook/journal... and definitely an open mind!
