The Affordable Housing Trust Fund is a city-wide initiative designed to promote, preserve, and create long-term affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households. The fund supports neighborhood stabilization, wealth-building, and the development of an inclusive, economically vibrant community.
The Housing and Community Development Department (HCDD) has announced the opening of the Affordable Housing Trust Fund Round 5 Requests for Proposals (RFP).
To support prospective applicants, HCDD will host two informational workshops. These sessions will offer guidance on the RFP, including the application process and key requirements. Once approved, the RFP will remain open for 45 days.
