Come join us for a Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Journey.
We will begin with some gentle Qigong movements to start to open your Qi channels. This gentle moving meditation is a simple, effective system of movements that can be done anywhere, and by anyone, no matter your age, physical abilities, or beliefs. Qigong can be done even while sitting down.
We will then take time to get comfortable, laying on your mat for the duration of the sound bath, which is about an hour. Chairs are available if you prefer to sit during the Sound Bath.
Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Baths can be a gentle way to calm your nervous system into a deeper healing state. Sound Baths may also help with emotional release as you sink into deep relaxation. Get comfortable and be soothed into a meditative space by the Crystal Singing Bowls, Gong, and other gentle sounds.
Items to Bring:
-Bring your own yoga mat, blanket, meditation pillow, lounge cushion, or anything that will help you to get comfortable. (Some blankets and yoga mats are available.)
-Water
-Journal (optional)
