About the event

Audition for The KC Improv Company

The KC Improv Company is announcing auditions to take place July 12 at The Kick Comedy Theater. Call-backs will be at 2:30 pm on July 19, or by appointment.

Please email to reserve a spot, and include a performance resume if you have one. Nine months or more of improv classes or improv experience is highly recommended, but not required.

Come ready to improvise and have fun! Wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. A resume is appreciated, but a headshot is unnecessary.

Rehearsals (or workshops) will be nearly every week on Tuesdays from 7:15 to 9:30, and we do lots of shows — public, private, and at festivals. We perform every Friday and Saturday night at The Kick Comedy Theater. Performances are paid, dependent upon show revenue.

We value talent, chemistry, diversity, generosity on stage, and good people.

Note: Please reserve your spot via email soon. If we have overflow, we make break auditions into two sets (2:30 pm and 4:30 pm).
