Please join Francisco Terrazas, owner of Raíces Imports and Executive Director of the Tequila Interchange Project, for a tasting and discussion of current sustainability issues in the agave spirits industry. We will look at sustainability in both an environmental and human context, as well as possible strategies for the future.
Tickets include 6 Mezcal pours, 1 signature cocktail and food provided by Yoli Tortilleria.
Mezcal pours include Zinacantan Espadilla & Papaplometl, FaneKantsini Pelón Verde & Coyote, Los Cantiles Bacanora Blanco & Ensamble.
A portion of sales will be donated to the Tequila Interchange Project.
