Gymnastics is a sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, artistry, and endurance. The movements contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups.

The goal of the program is for kids to walk away with the 3 F’s – fundamentals, friendship and fun! Parents will assist their child in learning and utilizing the skills and drills.
