Kansas City Native Plant Sale – Anita B. Gorman Discovery Center

The Missouri Prairie Foundation will hold a native plant sale on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the Anita B. Gorman Conservation Discovery Center, 4750 Troost Ave., Kansas City, MO 64110 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Native plants beautify landscapes and help support songbirds and other cherished wildlife. Buy native wildflowers, grasses, shrubs, trees, vines, sedges, and related products from Grow Native! professional members. Some vendors accept cash, check, or credit cards; some only cash or checks.

Native plant vendors at this event are Missouri Wildflowers Nursery, Ozark Soul Native Plants, City Roots Nursery, and Sow Wild Natives. Vendor Leaf & Sky is selling native-plant-inspired home goods, native bee houses, and more.

Shoppers can stroll through the sale and purchase from each vendor. Shoppers can also pre-order plants and have their orders ready for pick up at the event.
