Teddy Bear Sunday - Grandparents Day

Share the Love on 🧸Teddy Bear Sunday!
Sunday, September 7, is Grandparents Day, and we want to celebrate the grandparents in our lives by collecting teddy bears in their honor or honor the memory of those who are now in heaven!

During worship on 🧸Teddy Bear Sunday, we’ll dedicate the bears and then spread God’s love by donating them to Cabarrus Victims Assistance Network (CVAN). CVAN will pass them along to children impacted by domestic violence—offering a bit of comfort and a reminder that they are deeply loved.

Don’t forget to grab a teddy bear tag and fill it out with the name of the grandparent you’re honoring or remembering. Each bear will become part of a beautiful legacy of love.

Collection begins August 1st.

And here’s the fun part:
Whoever brings the cutest teddy bear wins a year’s supply of bragging rights and a highly-coveted “Pastor Katie’s Bearly Official Teddy Trophy!”😉🏆🧸
(It may or may not involve glitter, googly eyes, and eternal fame.)
