Release & Restore with Shayia

Join Shayia for a 60-minute Restorative Yoga & Reiki class focused on releasing what no longer aligns with you and offering it back to your ancestors. This is a sacred time to remember, honor, and celebrate with our ancestors as we move into the quiet introspection of winter.


We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, opening ourselves to connect with ancestral wisdom, followed by deeply supportive restorative poses that allow the body to fully rest and release. Gentle Reiki energy will be offered throughout the practice to support healing, balance, and deeper connection.


It is said that the veil between the spiritual and physical worlds is thinnest during this time, making it a beautiful opportunity to connect with your ancestors on a soul level.


An altar will be present — feel free to bring a photo or small item that reminds you of your loved ones who have passed. All items will be returned at the end. We’ll close with a few minutes for journaling and optional sharing of your experience.
