Pop-up PyroPilates Class

Join guest teacher, Mia Matos for this pop up Pyropilates class! A low impact class that combines Pilates based core strengthening along with cardiovascular high intensive interval training (HiiT). This class consists of 5 core sections, each with a curated goal that is guaranteed to get your heart rate up and get you feeling stronger.
