Fall Reset: Sound Bath + Mocktails

Enter the beautiful space of the Cork Wine Bar in Kankakee, bask in a gorgeous sound bath by 2-3 skilled sound healing practitioners, and enjoy some handcrafted mocktails.

Sound bath will be 4:30-5:30pm with time on either end to sip a mocktail crafted to relax the nervous system

Soooo…. What’s a sound bath?
A sound bath is an intentionally held space in which practitioners use crystal singing bowls and Tibetan singing bowls, often alongside other instruments like gongs, ocean drums, chimes. The theory and science behind sound healing is that all things vibrate and some of the cause of dis-ease is from unharmonious vibration within the body. The instruments used in a sound bath are used to bring your subtle body vibrations back into alignment.
