Playgroup on our Pasture: Nature I Spy

Where to Park: In front of farm stand or along the road

Join us for our NATURE I SPY playgroup on our pasture. These playgroups are all inspired by the joy of playing and learning outside amongst the trees and our animals.

This playgroup will focus on learning about the nature that surrounds us on the rails to trails and on our pasture. We will do a nature walk and play I SPY on the trail. While we walk we will collect rocks and leaves that we will use to stick on contact paper to make our own take home nature I SPY boards.

After our outdoor learning session and craft you are welcome to play with your child on our new outdoor children's play area, which we designed to inspire hands-on learning. You can also walk along the rails to trails which is next to our pasture.

You must sign up for this event so that we can anticipate how many children are coming and have enough craft supplies. It is $5 per child so purchase a ticket for each child you plan to bring. No cost for infants or adults.

I, Jill Forquer, will be teaching these playgroups. I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from WVU and worked in the early childhood field for over 8 years before becoming a stay at home mom. I do have my current background check.

Parents MUST STAY for playgroup. We are very excited to start up this outdoor playgroup. It will be CANCELLED if it rains and refunds will be made.
