Winterfest 2026

Join us for Winterfest 2026 on Saturday, February 14th from 1pm to 4pm at the Katimavik Outdoor Rink

This annual (FREE!) community event is a great chance to experience the best of what winter has to offer in Katimavik-Hazeldean. The afternoon will be jam-packed with activities, like horse-drawn sleigh rides, hockey on the rink, skating on the “puddle”, curling, and sledding. There's a little something for everyone, so bundle up and bring the whole family!

Hot chocolate and refreshments will be provided, but please bring your own skates, helmets, hockey sticks and sleds.

This event is hosted by the KHCA and our hard-working Katima Rink Crew of volunteers.
