What is Tech Rocks?
TechRocks is the epic battle of the bands where Ottawa’s tech companies go head-to-head on stage, giving our tech communities hidden musical talent a chance to shine.

Official Tournament begins spring 2026.
How it will work in spring 2026:
- Each band must represent a tech company based in the National Capital Region.
- Every band must have at least one employee from their company playing in the group.
- Bands will have a min of 3 members, max of 6
- Bands must be stage-ready to perform a 30-minute set
Funds are raised in Support of the Ottawa Music Industry Coalition programming.
The companies represented will have their brand represented throughout the competition (website, social media, onsite signage)
