Being a business owner can be both exhilarating and exhausting. The entrepreneurial journey has many highs, some lows, and can be a long and twisting road with bumps along the way. But, you are not alone.

This workshop is designed to raise awareness of the unique mental health issues that business owners endure, provide support, solutions, and strategy in a peer environment where you can learn and share with fellow local business owners.

Our Speaker is Christine Harrison, Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Therapist, Founder of Focus Forward Therapy Group, established in 2014. Her goal was to create boutique style mental health clinics in Ottawa and has recently expanded across Canada with her proven clinic reputation and innovative techniques.

Parking is available behind the building. Refreshments will be provided.
